painted this office a while back only found the photos now, painted on a blackboard for the customer using water based blackboard paint, and then limed the oak woodwork,lime is a wax solution that is smeared and a wax on wax off type process used on finished timber, looks nice and is very unique, you would have to really like it to have it in you property....
