sanded and re-stained/varnished this pine floor, wasn't in too bad condition but the customer wanted to change the colour, we changed it to a light oak stain, turned out really nice, we then repainted the walls/ceiling/woodwork to suit the floor, paint from the colortrend range, all this work was done in 2 days to a high standard......no mess or dust behind us, just a completely new room.......
If they are using a state of the art machinery, then there is a strong chance that their output product is according to your desire.
