we have just finished this floor in knocklyon, both maple but one was junkers maple, both came up really well, some areas had moisture penetration but we were able to get it out with the sanders, all done without covering the house full of dust..... we also painted the kitchen and box room, to avail of both services customers get the job done at a cheaper rate.........
