water damage

this old building in Dublin city had a fairly bad roof issue for some time, the water had penetrated the shell of the building and the salts from the plaster known as efflorescence has pushed the paint from the wall all over and created a pretty bad stain, we scraped it all off, primed the entire wall using a shellac primer and skim coated over the whole wall pretty much, back to normal, always treat roof leaks before trying to repair the walls and ensure they are fully dried before starting, it can be a messy job so give me a call if you have an issue like this and need it fixed PROPERLY.....
